- What are the delivery times ?

The boxes are delivered via Canada Post between 3 to 5 business days. As soon as the package is on its way, we will email you a tracking number. For any problem or delay longer than indicated, contact us at info@hintoffreshness.com

 

- My product is damaged/broken, what should I do?

You must take a photo of the product if possible and write to us at info@hintoffreshness.com so that we can resolve the situation with you as soon as possible.

 

- Can we modify/cancel an order already paid?

Everything depends on the situation. You can write to us anytime at info@hintoffreshness.com and we'll see what we can do for you. 

 

- I don't like the smell of the product, what should I do?

We cannot guarantee that the smell of our products will please you. You have to try them to find out! However, you can always email us for a solution.

 

- Are your products vegan?

Our main mission is to preserve the environment, which is why all our products are vegan and not tested on animals!
